Boss Auto Spare: No communication whatsoever

Hi,

So these people do not follow-up. I have since been waiting for my refund. I have had to call them to follow up. This is seriously annoying. They just sit there and do whatever. My order number is: #***.

Nothing has still been refunded, when I called I was told that no one has done the refund when in actual fact the person I spoke to said they are processing my refund. On the 11th of April already, to day is the 19th. I'm fed up
