Boss Auto ******

I would like to share and warn people using Boss auto spare in Maraisburg. I recently bought some spares at Boss auto. ALL is well when you querying parts, buying the parts until you find out the parts given is wrong or faulty. SEP 2024 I bought water pump, and a service kit and timing chain. The hassle begins when you find out the parts given is wrong and then the stories of not wanting to pay or credit begin. Long story short, my oil filter spewed oil out. I took the oil filter back and when I got there, another customer complaining abt wrong parts supp**** and not return credit was given. The receiving section, I explained the oil spews out, they tell me it can't be, the mechanic did not fit it properly. I now got annoyed I told them ok call ur boss, they refused to. I told them send the filter in as there are factory faults the oil filter was Gud. They did not want to. I then got the Boss no and he tell me out right the mechanic is the fault. In all of his 15 years of sales, he never sold faulty. I told him mechanic no mechanic take my filter replace it or send it in for testing. They refused to do it. The boss said hell meet me the next day the Friday at 3pm.i get to the shop the owner did not meet as per arrangement. Still no replacement and no testing done as I left the old filter. I was forced to use my old oil filter, spoiling the new oil and wasting time and money. ADIEL and boss auto is pathetic ****** to the public.
