Bad worst customer service

Looks like i am not the only one with a bad experience regarding this company they cant even make correct calculations charging me R295 for shipping when my order was placed nothing on the website shows 5 to 10 days for delivery really after someone pays you tell them that then i cancel the order you take 20% and ant even do proper calculations. R370-20%=R296 you people paid me R146 no wonder you got all these bad reviews on google and fcebook bunch of ******
