Bad service

Waiting almost 2 weeks for parts. Trying to phone. Send emails, fb messages no rpl. Only to be phoned this morning stating they dont have stock. So refund will probably take forever. And in the meanwhile im woman alone, need to drive my kids to school and cant fix my car
