bad bad service

The service is terrible all the parts i bought today 29/06/2023 were incorrect, after returning them they dragging their feet with my refund, he could have easily said he doesn't have on stock but they decided to give me wrong parts. now I am waiting for my R3800. the manager doesn't want to take responsibility, one item control arm the box and slip says left but inside its right hand site one.
