Wow... Shakeerah is the worst manageress ever and you're suppose to be the face of thatsx o called business. It's been two months and I'm still waiting on my part / refund like what an appealing service to evr experience. I think it's time to pay the small claims court a visit as your word to your customers means absolutely nothing.
