Avoid Boss

Got a quote from Boss Auto Spares for a car part. Sent the VIN nr, as well as detailed photographs of the part, but they still sent the wrong part. Sent the part back to exchange it for the correct part. After weeks of back and Forth where they only made promises to get the correct part (we always had to contact them, they never got back as they always promised), decided to ask for refund. They promised the refund would take two to five days. We are now past the five days and still they are just making empty promises. I think there is something wrong at the company and would discourage anyone to do business with them. But I also see that my complaint is just one of a lot of similar ones.
