Appalling Customer Service!!!

Placed an order online with them on the 2nd of August and have not yet received my order or any form of communication. The order on the website when I log in reflects payment captured, which means they have received my payment, so where is my order? Have been contacting them regarding my order last week twice and spoke to a lady there that handles the online orders and were told that my order is not complete as they need to order items and I asked it would be kind for someone to let me know by contacting me. Then the lady told that the one item ordered, I will not be getting as they can't get it or don't have stock of it but would give me another brand, this is already a red flag 'cause I want what I ordered, why advertise on website then and on special... Also sent an email this past Friday, 7th August and no reply. Since this morning have been also calling and when finally getting through, a gentleman took my details and gave to the lady and was told the lady will contact me back regarding my order, this has not happened and when I keep calling, just put on hold or they hang up. When someone eventually answers, I ask for the manager then same thing, on hold again or they hang up. I've had it with this place and just want to cancel the order and my money refunded back to me. I urge anyone not buy from this place. Their customer service is appalling, they do not care about customers. This is definitely the last time I would buy anything from them.
