Appalling!!!

Good morning again Shakeerah.

It's been 48 hours since I've called your office and spoke to a guy who claimed that you said : if the part does not comes by Wednesday then I will receive an email stating that I'd either get my part or be notified of a refund being processed. It's Friday today and yet no email as to what's going on.

The service I get from you guys is appaling, yet I won't make any bad comment on your website nor on hello Peter as I know human error exists. Please refund me as my car now need to stand still because you can't fulfill what you're suppose to.
