3 Weeks Later, order has not been received. It's a ****!

On the 29th of July, I placed an order online and paid it in full. The status of my order currently shows that is it complete even though I did not receive it. The tracking website shows that my order was only loaded and is still on the same status.

It's now 3 weeks since placing an order here and I have not received it.

I have accepted that I have been ****med and it's okay but if anyone else wants to order here, learn from my experience: YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR ORDER BUT YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE IT.

Every time I call in, I am told that the lady who deals with online orders was not feeling well and has left. Or I am told that she left early. They take my details and I never receive any call back.

There are lots other spares that you can purchase from, this one is not worth anyone's cent. It's all a ****.

I will purchase my parts from another place and accept that I have been ****med by this business.
