Avoid at all "costs"

I asked Craig Bosman Plumbing to come to my house and see why we were not getting any hot water. The plumber was there less than and hour and they proceeded to charge me R1700 for labour when their rate was actually R782.00 per hour. They explained later that they charge from the time of dispatch until the plumber returns. This was not discussed or explained to me prior to the job.

They proceeded to replace a "faulty valve" which according to them "was too small". When I queried this because they had installed the valve just a few months ago, I was cut short and no explanation was offered. All my calls were ignored and they continued to send aggressive emails, unwilling to discuss this matter. I was met with a wall of open hostility and a distinct lack of customer service etiquette.

Before I even got my invoice I got a quote for a new geyser (which I don't need) with a huge price tag. When I asked if it was really necessary to get such a big geyser (for such a tiny house) they were so rude that I simply deleted the quote.

Truly a shocking experience!
