Outstanding account for over 3 months by Bosman Motors Shelly Beach

Mr Bosman had 2 bakkies sandblasted and prime and minor engineering done with SS Sandblasting in Shelly Beach. He made a small payment and his bakkies was released with a promise to make a eft for the rest of the money outstanding R2770.00. This was 29 August 2019. Till today no payments have been done. We phone Mr Bosman daily and every day he have the same answer. I am paying today. Then he ask us to meet him at his business a specific time and when we arrive he is not there. Please can you help us as this man cost us money for more than 3 months now and he was trusted to pay as goods are not to be released without payment. Many Thanks
