Boskoppie Lion & Tiger Reserve - Kroonstad

I made a booking with Boskoppie, paid them in FULL. When my party of people arrived they gave my booking to someone else. The told my party they will make a FULL REFUND. Also sent me an email to confirm they will do a FULL REFUND. When I asked them about the refund, they now have stories of cancellation fees. "Yes we will issue a full refund as we explained to your party yesterday.
