Mother's Day Buffet

MOTHER'S DAY RUINED! If I could give this establishment a 0 I would! We pre -booked a table and were asked before hand if we would like the buffet or a la carte menu option. We selected the a la carte option. On arrival waiters were non existent, drinks took forever to come. Once we ordered we waited over an hour for someone to come tell us that the food had run out and only buffet was left. We found out that the reason was because people who had selected the buffet option were allowed to order a la carte... so what was the point of pre-selecting then? Also how can you take an hour to tell us this because clearly they knew? Mother's Day lunch completely ruined. The fact that the manager was not present to sort out this debacle is such poor customer service!!! I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone!! Absolutely disgusting!!!
