MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE EVER

My Partner and I had the most horrific experience to date. We go away frequently to various establishments. This venue is completely run down. We had to walk into the establishment with no lights. When we got into the room allocated to us it was absolutely freezing. We tried to use the air conditioner to warm up the room didn't work. My Boyfriend then wanted to shower to warm up but it was just a trickle. So we both decided that we weren't happy with the establishment. The photos on the site were clearly very old. So we told the one staff member that we weren't happy and that we were going to leave. About 10 minutes later there was a knock on the door. Before we could get to the door someone was pounding on the door. When we opened the door thee were 3 big Men at the door. The owner Mitch Van Bos became extremely aggressive with us. Asked us what was wrong with the room. We explained that it wasn't what we expected. He started yelling at us. Told us he knows the likes of people like us and that we are trying to do a runner. He and the other 2 Men became extremely threatening and demanded that we pay or they will not allow us to leave. So my Boyfriend paid in cash. My Boyfriend and I we're terrified and tried to calm them down. They also had a dog with them. I told them that they've made a huge mistake in threatening us. Mitch then told us they will hunt is down and **** us. I had a lot of bags so did my Boyfriend so I used my suitcase wheels out to go down a very long staircase. Mitch then became aggressive again and told my Boyfriend that he's going to sue him for damaging the concrete staircase. This has put us off going to venues and I was so traumatized I had a major panic attack. I'm going to open up a case with the Police as this is totally unacceptable. This venue needs to be taken off all sites for accommodation
