Dismal client care

I contracted Bosh Aluminium, a local company, to support local businesses. The quality of Bosh Aluminium's work was reasonable, but the follow up has been dismal. Since October 2021 I've not been able to get the MD, Yulston Langeveld, to even come and inspect the work that still has to be finished. It was always me who had to initiate phone calls and other communication — never from their side have they called, except to ask for payment. I regreat that I paid two invoices in full. Loads of excuses don't wash any more. I'm very disappointed.
