Angry and disappointed customer
Hello Peter my name is Mthunzi Mazibuko my cell phone number is ***, on the 15 June 2026 I was in Newcastle KZN, at Bosco for groceries . I was treated badly by the security guard at the entrance, I took the trolley outside and there was a paper for sale on the trolley under the paper I didn't noticed that there's an empty still water bottle when I was about to leave after paying and in the trolley was an empty bottle of still water, there were security guards at the exit, one was clear if I explained about the bottle , the other was rude and I ended up paying for an empty bottle that I didn't know about. How can I ***** just still water, sometimes security guards they like to show off.
