Poor and underhanded behavior

Paid for game drive as well as pick up services. On the day of the drive they called me and asked me if i still want to go due to bad weather services and i said il go since its not raining where i was. 5 minutes later i get a call asking the same question and my answer remained the same. As if that was not enough, they sent a text asking me if im sure and again my answer remained the same. 2 minutes later they give me a call informing me that they have decided to cancel the drive and will refund me. The tone and manner in which they insisted indicated that they wanted the cancellation to come from my end so they don't refund me. Right now they are refusing to pay my money back and not returning my messages or calls. This morning they asking me if i did submit my banking details for a refund which again speaks to their principles. I was told they processing the refund however miraculously they don't have my banking details.
