Bad pricing

Ridiculous to say the least..their mark up pricing is very crazy..we have been charged over 13k for parts which I thought would be original Toyota parts however they used cheap parts which cost way less that what I was quoted and then I'm being told about their mark up. Where do we report such businesses.
