My car had an issue but these guys escalted it to a point where i ended up having to take it somewhere for second opinion. I had already wasted lots of money when i did that and surprisingly, the issue they failed to detect was just on their eyes. I feel ****med. 3 Onnica Mokoka 2 reviews a year ago Took my car for a very serious issue. The staff was helpful, friendly and did a very good job, I'm happy 😊 . ❤️1 Michael Mosiane 1 review 2 days ago New Overpriced This should be the WORST Bosch Car Service in South Africa. They are digging their own grave, they charge over close to 300% markup prices on aftermarket parts. Thier quotations don't show part numbers, they buy these after market parts at a very low price at Midas/Auto zone then they increase the prices by over 300%. Thier aftermarket parts prices are 300% more 3×more than Original Toyota Genuine Parts. I have attached all the documents. I had my 2021 Toyota Hilux Legend GD-6 repaired at Bosch Auto Clinic Mokopane. I accepted their quotation in good faith, but after the repair I checked the actual part numbers of the components fitted and obtained a quotation from another spares supplier for the same identified parts. Bosch charged R9,536.16 excl. VAT, compared with R2,780.70 excl. VAT from the other supplier — a difference of R6,755.46 excl. VAT. For example, Ferodo FDB1698 brake pads were charged at R2,294 by Bosch versus R632 from the other supplier. The brake discs showed similarly substantial differences. I approached Bosch personally and gave them an opportunity to resolve the matter, but they refused to consider any refund, stating that I had accepted their quotation. I have now referred the matter to MIOSA for independent assessment. My concern is not that Bosch should charge the cheapest price, but whether such substantial pricing differences are reasonable and transparent. Customers should carefully check the brands and part numbers of parts being fitted and compare prices before authorising expensive repairs. I have told the receptionist woman that, whatever they are doing to customers, the pain they are causing to customers, it shall come back 10× folds to her and the people she is working with to lure money from customers. The receptionist is not an honest person. She lacks professionalism, honesty and integrity. The manager did not want to assist and hear my point. If you consider taking your car to Bosch Mokopane, think twice, think thrice. I will not leave this matter, I will take it forward. If the owner of this business is not careful enough about the ***** shenanigans that are happening in his/her company regarding price rigging and robbing customers, the company's time is limited, the grave is wide open for his/her business. Be cautious about "black owned" or "black led" franchises. We want to support our fellow black owned businesses, however, they are far from matching their white counterparts interms of business integrity. WARNING ⚠️ TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS: BECAREFUL, DON'T JUST AGREE TO THE QUOTATION THEY SHOW YOU, ASK THEM TO PUT PARTS CODES ON THIER QUOTATION SO THAT YOU CAN ALSO GO CHECK FOR YOURSELF HOW MUCH THEY COST. YOU WILL PAY R5000,00 FOR A PART THAT THEY BOUGHT FOR R50. TO BE SAFE, AVOID BOSCH MOKOPANE AT ALL COSTS. CHECK FOR BOSCH BRANCHES THAT ARE WHITE OWNED OR WHITE LED, YOU WILL GET VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY. AVOID THESE ****MERS. MY LEGAL TEAM IS COMING FOR THEM. THEY WILL EXPOSED ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS AND ON NATIONAL TV
