Worst Service

I purchased a Bosch - serie 4 8kg Condenser tumble dryer in June 2021. The filter does not want to go back in after I cleaned it. I tried to call the Call centre on *** and every time my call get answered but then they drop the call. I decided after a few calls and a waste o my airtime to email *** explaining my issue. A email was sent from Nontlantla to Mahibila Sontaga on the 4/02/2022 and no response. I emailed on the 07/02/2022 telling them I am going to report this on hello peter and still nothing. A guy by the name of Derrick called me on the 08/02 saying a technician will call me and nothing. I emailed again and still nothing. I called the number Derrick called from ***) but it does not give me an option to speak to anyone. I bought this product because I though Bosch is a reputable company but this is the worst service I have ever received. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Products are good but your warranty means nothing because I think they wait for your warranty to expire thus the poor communication. I am absolutely disgusted.
