worst service

This was the worst service I have ever received. When trying to call the Bosch service Centre in Kramerville, Johannesburg: 1) they don't answer their phones. 2) when they eventually answer they give you the cell number of the salesman. 3)he then doesn't answer his phone. 4)I had no choice but to go to the store. 5)Salesman makes all excuses why he cant answer the phone. 6)When making my purchase, had to stand in a queue for over half an hour just to pay. 7)Walked out of store without my purchase nor the invoice 8)I had to go back later to collect as they seemed unable to do the sale professionally or properly. 9)not sure if there is a manager, but this is the worst service I have ever received.
