Worst customer service

I will never in my life bay a Bosch product again, I bought a washing machine did not last a year, the motor and gearbox broke, waiting a month and 2weeks now for it to be repaired, gave them a call this morning just for them to tell me that I am going to wait 3 more weeks, the communication from their side is non existent, this is not what I expected from a big name like Bosch, I would never recommend buying Bosch products.
