WORST BRAND TO BUY WITH TERRIBLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

I have had a terrible experience with Bosch to date. I bought a a 14kg front loader washing machine and it started giving issues whereby it is not draining properly. This machine is still under warranty and so I reported this to Game Stores where I bought it and they lodged the report with Bosch. All Bosch keeps telling me is that they don’t have technicians in the Eastern Free State instead of them coming to see resolve my problem. If they don’t have technicians to support them in the Eastern Free State then maybe they shouldn’t sell their products in the Eastern Free State. I am really fed up and regret buying this brand.
