Well done on great service

Just to say thank you for great service from beginning to end! My call was logged last Monday via the Call Centre. I received a sms with a reference number a few minutes later. Tuesday I had a technician at home to check what the problem with my dishwasher was. The faulty part was ordered from Johannesburg, but arrived late Friday afternoon. Saturday morning the part was replaced and my dishwasher was in working order again. Every time a call back was promised, it was done within minutes. Keep up the excellent service- you have made a loyal customer out of me!
