Very poor service. They sell appliances that don't work and then don't come to fix them.

I bought a Bosch Stove and the extractor fan has never worked. I logged a call with Bosch, they said they would send a technician. 2 weeks later, the technician hasn't showed up. I'm always calling to check where the technician is using my own airtime, and it's a story after story. Today the technician had the guts to lie that he came and "rang the bell" but no one answered. I say he **** because, 1) at my complex there is no bell that he is supposed to ring, instead he is supposed to talk to the security, give them my unit number and then the security will phone me so that I can open for him. 2) if he "rang the non-existent bell" and "no one answered", why did he not call me at alert me of this so that I come and open the gate.

There is absolutely no communication from their end, and they lack professionalism. I'm still sitting with a new appliance that I spent a fortune on, but doesn't work.

I advice you to not buy Bosch/Siemens appliances lest they deliver something that doesn't work and never come to fix it.
