I logged a complaint through Tafelberg 6 weeks ago, after a battle the technician Aziz came to have a look 3 weeks ago, they claim to have contacted me which is a lie, they make appointments without contacting the customer - their call center won't allow you to speak the supervisor (Simpiwe ) Shannen from Tafelberg has been a star following up and tracking progress. For a global brand, your Customer Care is non-existant ( *** )
