Useless Finish Promotion

We bought a Bosch 12 Place Dishwasher in May, it was on Promotion at Makro where you receive R500 worth of Finish Products. We registered and where to receive our products within a 30 days. On the 7th of June Finish notified us that there would be a delay in delivery as the products were finished and we were due to receive the products in the coming week as they were receiving more from their supplier soon. We have phoned and followed up and were told to send an email to Bosch with our slip and they would inform us of when we can expect the products. We have been following up since July with no response and have yet to receive any products or reply. This is terrible. How can you have a promotion and not come through on the promise! The fact that we are being ignored and not receiving any response what so ever is pathetic.
