Unsatisfied. Livid over my broken machine

This is my second complaint on this platform. Being unsatisfied and livid, is an understatement to say the least. One would have thought since i was sold a faulty machine that they would have replaced it by now.what foolish solution is this-replacing my 14kg machine with a 7kg machine🙄.you've been of no help to me thus far. Im not paying in extra for a newer model. Cause if you had sold me a decent machine in the first place i wouldn't be in this situation. I want my replacement. 14kg replacement not a 7kg replacement. I bought a brand new machine. So i expect a brand new 14kg replacement.
