Unacceptable pathetic service!

Our company's dishwasher had broken more than 3 weeks ago (6 Feb 2023), and the technician promised us since the 7th of February that they will come and fix our company's dishwasher on the 21th of February, but didn't showed up for the appointment that they made with us (our dishwasher is still under warranty). The 22th of February, we called them to follow up - with a unacceptable answer as that they do not have a technician in this area in Groblersdal. They promised that they will give us some feedback for an appointment to reschedule, but we are still waiting for a call from them ( 1 March 2023) . Unacceptable pathetic service!
