Terrible after-sales service

<p>We bought 3 appliances (ovens) in Dec2016 and still waiting for all our la creuset pots and pans as advertised.</p> <p>After numerous communication via email and telephone with management we still cannot get the pots and pans out from bosh and they seem unwilling to assist. It has been 4 months now and numerous promises but everytime there are just more excuses. </p> <p>Extremely bad after sales service from this company and impossible to get responses form senior management. Clearly the customer means nothing to them as can be proved with the way we were treated and the unprofessional manner in which it was dealt with.(proof to be published later).This this is the start of the campaign against bsh as we have begged,pleaded and threathened to no avail. Hopefully reputatiomal risk will...</p> <p> </p>
