Technician never shows up

My washing machine broke while still under warranty. I phoned the Bosch customer service and received confirmation that a technician would be sent to repair it, however the technician never showed up. This happened THREE times. Even after I reported to the customer service desk that the technician did not show up on the previous occasions, the washing machine still has not been repaired.
