Superb service

I recently posted a complaint on Hello Peter about a Siemens microwave oven that had been used at most 10 times but packed up. However, it was 5 years old and out of warranty but I found that considering that it had hardly been used it unacceptable to pay almost the price of a new oven for the repair. Within an hour of posting my complaint I got a call from Meredith of BSH customer care. She requested the purchase receipt which I promptly sent to her. By the end of that day she had arranged that BSH would repair the unit free of charge. Thank you all for the superb service.
