Still no response from Bosch re Lawnmower blade

On the 17th February I wrote a review request for a lawnmower blade, and a lady phoned me and said that whilst she was not in the Bosch Divison that handles lawnmowers, that she would pass on my blade request and would get the correct division to contact me ... needless to say, nothing ...

My review I have given Bosch 3 stars, but it should in reality be 5 stars in that I am unashamedly a Boschaholic. I have very many of their appliances and workshop tools, and I buy these by choice ... they are that good ... a silver lining! But, every silver lining has a dark cloud somewhere, and in Bosch's case its their lawnmower ... not the machine itself, its fantastic, but the inability to find a replacement blade on South Africa, and the absolute apathy with which my approaches to Bosch (and of it's representative outlets) are met. So, this is both intended as a compliment and a complaint, and please understand that this Hello Peter review comes as a last ditch attempt to actually find a resolution"
