Sold me a broken wsshing machine

I purchased a new Bosh washing machine in February only to find it was defective and needed replacement parts. Through numerous emails and phone calls and attempted escalations, I now sit more than 2 months later with a broken brand new Bosh washing machine and no estimate time to resolve this.

This is unacceptable. I need a working washing machine and not excuses and lack of communication. This is a brand new machine, please just bring me a replacement one...
