Siemens Washing Machine Poor Quality

I purchased a new WM10K200ME SIEMENS 7KG WASHER 5 years ago through Hersch's Milnerton Cape Town, with an extended 6 year warrantee, Model: WM10K200ME Siemens 7kg washer. The machine is leaking and rusting. This is very poor quality from Siemens and not what I expected from German manufacturing. I previously had a Defy washing machine that lasted 20 years and did not rust.
