Siemens technician clueless!!!

<p>We have had a problem with on of the hinges of our Siemens integrated fridge/freezer since February 2016. On 1 March I phoned Siemens to report this and I specifically said to the agent that the one hinge on the freezer is broken (Ref. no.: BJ011461) Somebody from Applique Appliances (Vanderbijlpark) was sent out on 3 March but he didn't bring a new hinge with him. I was told that they didn't have stock of the specific hinges. Nothing happened until 11 April when I phoned Siemens again (Ref. no.: BJ014399) I was then told that the technician told my husband that the problem is with the hinge of the wooden door on the fridge/freezer and not the freezer hinge itself!!! There are no hinges on the wooden door. It is an integrated fridge/freezer! The only hinges are the ones on the fridge/freezer itself!!! If the technician had told my husband this he would have immediately helped the poor fellow out of his misery!!!! It is now 3 months later and my problem is still not solved!! </p> <p>Christa Potgieter ***</p>
