Siemens South Africa/Tafelberg Furniture

Stay away!!! I bought Siemens oven in Oct 2022 from Tafelberg Furnitures, with the promise of a pot and pan set as a gift!! Up to now, no pot and pan set, not even a call!. I am not even allowed to contact the representative!! Bad bad business!! I wonder what will happen if I have a repair on the appliance?? I will never buy a Siemens/Bosch appliance in my life again!
