Siemens Not surpised to see that many have had shocking service

I have a brand new top of the range micro combi oven. It has broken down after only being used once. They did an initial evaluation a month and a half ago. We have not heard from them since. We have phoned at least 10 times. Each time they promise that somebody will get back to us. Still nothing. Got hold of them again today. Will not replace product insist on a repair. But no sign of a technician. The most user unfriendly product ever and shocking after sales service. Not what you would expect from what is supposed to be a top end German brand. I see from the other ratings that I am not alone. I intend sharing my frustration in every way possible with as many people as possible.
