SIEMENS FRIDGE QUALITY PROBLEM/SIEMENS OR BOSCH REQUESTED TO ASSIST

We bought a Siemens fridge and since day one the plastic compartments in this fridge broke item after item. It is the most poor quality plastic I have ever seen! Everything in our house is pristine and without damage and it is clear to see that there's a quality problem with the plastic units. Our repair company replaced and replaced parts which Siemens sent them, but now Siemens does not seem to be interested anymore. What is the use of replacing with the same poor quality plastic? There's a problem with the quality thereof! When I contacted them directly, they responded that Bosch is now responsible. I'm left in the middle here. Either Siemens or Bosch should send a consultant to have a look at the fridges.
