Siemens Dishwasher IQ700

I must be honest, it must be the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. Technicians that don't get back to you, making the wrong diagnosis even though you have seen the problem for yourself. For such a prestigious brand, surely they can do better. No star would be more accurate.
