Siemens dishwasher

I fully understand that my machine is out of warranty. But my problem started years ago with my Siemens dishwasher. I have had someone come and look at least 10 times. Recently it started giving problems again. I called them every day for a week. As of now am still waiting for someone to come out. I didn’t expect this kind of service from a reputable company!!!!
