Siemens disappointed

We bought a Siemens washing machine only used just over a month and it’s staining our clothing. We have reported it to Masons. They had sent a technician out from Bosch. He then did a clean in our machine using dishwasher tablets and told me to try again…. I then did 2 loads of washing only to see it staining our items again!!! Who pays for replacing damaged items?? And where is our warranty on machine????
