Siemens-Bosch Call Centre - ******* in disguise

Absolutely useless Siemens-Bosch call Centre. The biggest ******* under the sun. They assigned a technician named Lawrence to me in polokwane who askEd for full up front payment in order to get the parts from “Germany”, in accordance with the call Centre requirements. Then he disappeared from the Earth. Every time I call the call Centre, I am swung around in circles. After 3 and a half months, he sent me an email with incorrect amounts and delivered spare parts that don’t even suit my appliance. When contacting the call center numerous times again, Simphiwe the team leader swears she will sort it out but after the first call, is now avoiding me and not returning my calls. They are big *****s and ******. Do not EVER call the Bosch and Siemens call Centre for help!!!!!!
