Siemens

My siemens coffee machine (EQ500) gave me challenges. I called siemens a rep came through and took my machine its been 5 months and he no longer answers my calls. I call the call centre and they are unable to assist, they keep informing me that they will return my call but never do. WORST SERVICE EVER FROM ALL PARTIES.
