Should never have even considered buying Bosch...... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ONE STAR IS ONLY BECAUSE IT IS COMPULSARY - SHOULD BE NO STAR!!!!!!

I'm not a person that complains and I do have lots and lots of patience. Unfortunately I now used up all of my patience. I bough a 16kg Bosch top loader washing machine from Masons, Benoni. Was persuaded since I looked at the Samsung range. All went well up to April 2019 when the machine started to make horrible noises during spinning cycle. I reported it, two technicians came out so fix, one said nothing is wrong and the second one said he needed to order parts. Only last week, 10 June did they install the parts. Problem not fixed, still making the noise. Now another technician needs to come and have a look. HOW MUCH LONGER DO I NEED TO WAIT TO HAVE THIS FIXED. NO FEEDBACK IS GIVEN, ONE MUST PHONE THEM OR WAIT FOR A SMS. TIME NEED TO BE TAKEN OFF WORK...... WHAT DO THESE PEOPLE THINK. I'M SO SO SO REGRETFUL THAT I DECIDED ON BOSCH...... BUT OK WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO OUR COMPLAINTS ON THIS FORUM...... PROPBABLY NOTHING BUT IT MIGHT PREVENT SOMEONE ELSE FROM BUYING A BOSCH PRODUCT.
