Shocking service and rusting of fridge door.

My fidge is just over 3 years old and the fridge door started to rust. I tried several times to contact them and eventually they respond to tell me the rust is caused by mopping and cleaning of the kitchen. Wel I ask professional to look and they confirm that the leak was from the inside. So BSH Home Appliances offered me a 30% on a new door and made it my problem by saying that its my fault the the door rusted. The problem is that it is not suppose to rust!! After their responds, they left me in the dark. Please do not buy a fridges from BSH Home Appliances
