Rust on my Bosch fridge and freezer after 8 months

<p>I bought my bosch fridge and freezer on 16 July 2017 at Hirsh's in Hillcrest. Very happy with my purchase as i was under the impression i bought quality goods, but to my ut most disappointment I realised in March 2017 both my fridge and freezed showed rust on the bottom of both doors, I reported this with photo's to Hirsch's whom forwarded my complaint to Bosch. Technician visited my home to investigate only to received a message on 7 April 2017 that Rust was not covered under the quarantee. What ut most *******. Before this purshased these items I had Defy fidge/freezer for 20 years never had these issues. On top of this - Bosch send you an message to call them - do you call this customer service? I asked the the call centre person to speak to the line manager, whom promised me she will escalate my complaint, which was on the 7 April 2017, still waiting for feedback. I cannot express my disappointment in this product and would like to warn all.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
