Rude *********** Staff and terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your service is pathetic to say the least. Two weeks ago I logged a fault for our washing machine and our oven. Firstly the I only ever received a reference number for the Stove apparently the lady told me because I logged two service calls they only logged one. However they were for different serial numbers and Brands??????? (Makes no Sense)

I waited nearly a week for a response only to be told the gentleman is coming out on Thursday the 17 may 2024. I took off work and waited the whole day for him to come. I even phoned your service center at 15:00 and they confirmed the man will be coming that day.

No one contacted me by Monday. Then last week a lady called me to ask what the problem was and while I was talking to her she put the phone down. An hour later I get an SMS to say my request has been closed??????????????

Is this customer service????????????? Is this how Bosch treats people????????????? Do you even want to fix my oven???????????????

I am absolutely disgusted by your service and I will never buy Bosch and Siemens again. Clearly your quality and service have dropped as Bosch used to be a highly respected brand!!!!!!!!!!!!!
