Ridiculous *********** no service

As I am typing this review, I am yet to receive any feedback from Bosch Service center regarding my Bosch washing machine. My w/m was taken by Aladdin Electronics, a field Technician affiliated with Bosch Service center. It has been 8 days and no feedback. This w/m is still under the 3 year warranty period, but it is starting to feel like this company is trying to do me a favor.

I have been calling for days, but all that is said is that they are still assessing. 8 days to open up a machine and assess. How many machines break in a day. How many machines do you have to assess. It takes less than 1 hour to open up and assess. 8 days later, still assessing. The only valid explanation seems to be that it has to be 4 or 5 year old children assessing this machine.
